We use a variety of third party shipping companies to ensure you get your delivery on time as expected.
Delivery charges are very simple.
For 2D Carded air fresheners:
• £0.99 for orders of any quantity.
For all other items:
• £1.50 for orders of any quantity.
Standard delivery times are 2 – 3 working days. Special delivery service, such as next day delivery and Saturday delivery are available if required.
Where a signature is required, anybody at the delivery address with authority to receive the product will be required to sign for the delivery.
If you are not at home and a signature is required, the courier will leave a card stating the date and time they called.
Please contact the number on the card to arrange a second delivery.
Most of our products are despatched from our warehouse within the next working day.
In the unlikely event you have any problems with the order, please contact us with your order reference number found in your order confirmation email.
